This might be the first game in memory where the community actually killed it. A community so toxic that they were actually sending death threats to the community managers which caused PFG to stop communicating in general. This is what happens when you put players first and not the vision of your video game.

Slowly losing it's identity with every update it has. The fighter currency was the final nail in the coffin for me ugh. They think that constantly changing the game all the time it's cool and makes the game feel fresh. This is not the way to make the game feel fresh dawg. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Just because it's F2P doesn't mean it has to be so bad in quality. I play Master Duel, an unrelated F2P game and it's nowhere near as bad with the grinding and the chores this game forces you to make. Because in that game you have time to actually enjoy the game

The Halloween event did it almost perfectly, one for free and 2 needing to buy (but yes bit expensive) but having an event with only elusive, rest of the items being trash and No 100 glemium is really bad

Ive never spent a dime on this game and I have played since Alpha. Im grateful I get free skins but I dont get mad at the fact you gotta spend so much on em, cause its optional. Granted I will say the quality of the battle pass has gone down HUGE. Seems like the knockouts and skins are getting alot more meh. I legit only got this last BP for the Reindog skin. Ive always loved this game and I hope it gets better and not worse.

I’ve been being positive too the whole time but this new patch was my last leg bro. Like I honestly would like it if they sold the game to like a bigger brand or something idk man. I would rather play normal beta exactly how it was with better servers bruh. Them extending the battlepass 2 weeks is also bad looks bc that’s exactly what they did last year when they said that they were coming out with season 3 & then jabated us & ended the game for a mf year. Shits just so disappointing. What marvel rivals did to overwatch is what MVS should’ve did to smash/brawhalla. But instead, it’s the complete opposite man. I main marvel rivals now & they are an example of a great game & great preparation. Also a great support team. Idk I wish mvs the best but for now I might as well delete the game.

Bro yes the game is cooked. They can’t seem to do anything right. They add shields which is a huge change, when the game already isn’t in a good state. Their biggest mistake was switching engines when literally all we asked for was to fix hitboxes & servers… goes all the way back to beta. They literally took a lot of stuff out of the game that used to be in the beta. It’s so disappointing man. I use to love that game honestly. Now I can’t bare to play it for more than 10 min.

This game is in the worst state it’s been especially the ranked points they were fine last season but now you lose 16 points guaranteed and barely gain any this game isn’t fun in anyway anymore

s4 for me is the best the game ever was, i want to play more to get better with shields. I think the game fumbled at the beginning not because of the devs, but because of higher ups telling them to release unfinished product. To get a better product before focusing on marketing to bring people back they should: -Beta is overrated, shit wasn't fun for casual at all. -They should make the game a little faster, maybe removing most of hitpause, not having as much whiff, make more safe out of shield options etc. -Adding hitbox/hurtbox to the training, also fixing them -auto tech having toggle for manual if a player choose to But beside this the game is really fun to play right now, the community should really stop with fear mongering that every fucking update will be the last, shit annoying af.

I agree with most of your takes with elusive skins, but I honestly think elusive skins should just not be a thing, and every skin should always be available to purchase. Honestly, it really feels like this is first game that the devs have made, and they don't really know what to do to really fix it. I still like the game, and I don't want it to die, but recent events are worrying me.
