I just got my self a 3500 with 68rfe as my daily truck and on summer tow my trailer weighing 8000lbs plus camping stuff on the bed. How or what can I do to make sure my 68rfe last long? My truck is fully deleted and not planning to add more power just want my truck to last long. Thanks for your advice Firepunk Diesel.

If you strap the front of the truck down, you can properly tighten the rear straps and gain some peace of mind. Without front straps its harder to gauge where the vehicle will be on the rollers under load, which just creates an uneasy unpredictable situation where even one wheel can catch due to a breakdown etc and launch the vehicle sideways and one part of the rear into the wall. Also front straps pulling against the rear straps lets "pull down" the vehicle for greater traction. Edit: Very nice work! Lots of tedious details especially post engraving thread/surface cleanup, probably a never ending feeling.

Just to be clear, that engine wasn’t “hand engraved”. It was done by a laser. Still, doesn’t take anything away from the amazing build and all the time, effort, and money that went into it.
