As soon as I noticed, Lavon slimming down, I came to the comment section

I know that this is just a KZbin comment, but have yall thought about rearranging the rear suspension to get the rear end to separate instead of squat? It will amplify the force on the rear tires instead of just being whatever the rear spring rate puts down with the weight transfer. It looks as if it squats from the videos. The logic here: the squat is what is currently putting all the force down on the tire due to weight transfer. If the 4 link bars are made to point slightly down the rear end will try to push into the ground as the rotation of the tire forces it forward. This and a little bit of pinion angle could make a huge difference for you guys. It’s all in addition to the force you’re getting from weight transfer.

Internet videos do no justice to ypu guys car. It is absolutely beautiful and a rocket ship. I watch alot of regular no prep and drag racing in general. My first diesel event did not disappoint, you guys amazed me. One more question. Do you guys feel like diesel engines in burnout competitions mostly fail because of drivers not having any throttle control whatsoever? I feel like a good driver could not only put on a great show, but make a diesel engine live with no issue. I also wonder why people don't use the giant tanks of water with a helper water pump like the loggers use to, to keep the diesels engine cool during a burnout. Ive seen many old diesel logging trucks left in the forest with these set ups. They modify the truck that would do large hill pulls with full trailers every day all day long. They'd basically put a 100 gallon or bigger tank on the truck. They would weld a few small pipes or one big pipe into the center of the water tank. Old timers told me they would pack those pipes with snow or cold water from the creek throughout the day. The hot water from the radiator discharge would go out into the giant tank, then the radiator would be supplied the cool water from inside the tank. Ive always wondered why this method wasn't used on a burnout diesel rig. Though maybe you guys could enlighten me some. Anyways, beautiful car, love yalls race program, and I will be watching for you guys to attend more races with ypu. -Bud

We put a burnout truck together for Bruce Wilson with big water and cooling capcity, I don't think he'll have any problems, but time will tell
