@@00c754 Not sure. I did google the answer though: 1. Select a Program. 2. Go to the PROGRAM > Home - Tone Adjust page. On this page you can check the parameter assignments and values, and adjust the sound. 3. Press the Sliders 9-17 buttons to look at the assignments for sliders 13, 14 and 16. How do you replace the light bulb in it?
@cjmedia_llc Жыл бұрын
Hello. This light has (2) nonreplaceable bulbs. Here are some troubleshooting steps from the manual: Possible causes for light not turning on. - The light switch is turned off. - The fuse is blown or the circuit breaker is turned off. - Daylight turn-off (photocell) is in effect. - The circuit wiring is incorrect, ifthis is a new installation. Solutions: - Turn the light switch on. - Replace the fuse or turn the circuit breaker on. - Recheck after dark. - Verify the wiring is correct. If none of those steps work, then, maybe you do need to replace the fixture all together.

Yikes!!!!! You’re right. It seems they went out of business. Their IG page has been taken down, and website seems to redirect to a Gelato website. That’s unfortunate. The owner was really nice. I will say that the most difficult part was the time difference. I’d literally have to schedule emails and/or be up extra early in the morning to get responses to my questions. Otherwise, great craftsmanship. I also had to pay for customs to let my bass through. The ergonomics and light-weight design are awesome. That said, I’d recommend that most guitarists/bassist build with makers as close as possible to their home base. Less shipping costs, easier/faster communication.

Is there any chance to make a tutorial video of how to make/sample those libraries? I I am trying to sample Keyscape-Omnisphere-Spitfire lIbraries into Kronos, just got the board 3 days ago, managed to put some samples I had from Yamaha Concert Grand, did steps over a KZbin video I ve found, but the patch ended up without velocity changes(either soft or hard touch, it sounds at 127 velocity level) If you could help me about sampling in different velocities, it would be AMAZING! thanks in advance.
@cjmedia_llc2 жыл бұрын
There is a velocity curve setting per Timbre. In other words, for each velocity layer, you can adjust the velocity range that velocity layer triggers at. I can't remember the name of the menu, but it can be accessed in any Program's individual settings. For example, if your sample has 7 velocity layers, you can set: 1. velocity layer 6 will trigger when I press any key with a velocity of 70-95. 2. velocity layer 7 will trigger when I press any key with a velocity of 96-127. When it comes to software that can do this work for you beforehand, try Chicken Systems Translator Pro (Mac and PC): samplerzone.com/collections/translator/products/chicken-systems-inc

I uploaded the items with the costs here as seperate screenshots... I believe the total cost was aroind $180. The benefit of building your own stand is that it's heavy duty and can roll. However, it doesn't have wheels: POWERBLOCK Large Column Stand, Silver/Black, Model:Large Column Stand Silver www.amazon.com/dp/B000XEAUBM/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_VV6RTTK5B7M4AHTD0MGP drive.google.com/drive/u/0/mobile/folders/1OZz0DrElR1uyvcJUV3YJX8rXjdnCSvH1

@@cjmedia_llc I already have the large power block column. I wonder if I can add a platform with wheels to it. However I will probably need to cut column since wheels will add a few inches of hight
@cjmedia_llc2 жыл бұрын
@@futbol1972 Yeah. You'd definitely want to go look at 4 wheels, see how much each is rated to handle, and the sum of each wheel's rating should be over the total weight of the stand and weights that go on them. Example: let's say the stand is 50 LB, and your Powerblocks are 180 LB together. Each wheel you purchase is rated for 100 LB. This means that all wheels together can handle 400 LB. This is perfect because the stand and weights weigh 230 LB. If you build a rolling cart, please be sure to brace it extremely well. The last thing you want is to try to roll the stand, the cart breaks, and comes down on your feet.

Sorry that happened. Yes, the LCD did fail on me. If the owner is still responsive, you can reach him here: www.jg3tech.com/contact , and you can probably order a replacement LCD. Did you buy it from Amazon, eBay, or directly from the website? If you are still within Amazon, or eBay's return window, you can bypass paying for a replacement screen, and get a whole new pedalboard (may take some time to receive). *Another thought*: It might be a good idea to plug your pedalboard into a Furman power conditioner. When I had this pedalboard, I noticed the electronics would freeze up whenever major appliances in my house would turn on/off. Feeding your equipment (definitely your pedalboard) through a power conditioner will help with this issue.

You got some magic in your hands man. Lovely playing! I got some questions for you though. Can the faders on the Montage mapped to the volume of a mainstage patch while having other faders mapped to the volume of the internal sounds of the Montage? I'm sorry if this sounds like a silly question. 🙈 Also, I think I hear an MKS 20, is that from your Montage or your laptop (MKSensation maybe). The colourful AKAI pad, do you use that for triggering drum loops (on Ableton, I think)?
@cjmedia_llc4 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the compliment! 1. Individual Montage Faders can be mapped to control specific Mainstage Patches. However, you'd want to make sure nothing from the Montage was on fader before mapping it to Mainstage. 2. All the sounds you hear in this video are coming from the Montage and the Motif Classic. They aren't midi'd together, as I'm playing the top board for pads/lead lines. 3. The Akai controller is used to trigger Mainstage backing tracks and control individual volumes. You could map this controller to Ableton though.

How is your signal flow? Do you send everything to your FOH engineer, he sends it back to you and you manage how volume you have on your mixer, or do you manage all the levels you play in your eyes with just one knob for the rest of the band? 5. @@tonylancer7367... and thanks the compliments! The Montage is a great board, and easy to play! The first Piano I'm playing is the Natural Grand, and minimally shortened the release time. Both boards, and my laptop are each sent individually (left, right) to FOH, then back via monitor mix. HOWEVER, what gets sent back isn't stereo, so I actually use a Mackie mixer to individually monitor my boards and laptop in stereo (I mute them from FOH). So, I get EVERYTHING ELSE (bass, drums, vocals, organ from FOH). So the first fader on my Mackie - > FOH 2nd Fader - > Stereo Montage 3rd Fader - > Stereo Motif Classic 4th Fader - > Laptop. I take the Control Out from my mixer into a Roland GO:Mixer (stereo).

This sounds incredible smh. I have a question, when you still had your kronos i'm sure you experienced the thinness associated with the pianos being summed to mono vs stereo. @cjmedia_llc4 жыл бұрын
Thanks the compliment! Sooo... I never really dealt with thin patches on the Kronos. I do know you can go into each patch and make it mono. You also can add a multiband equalizer to Any patch, among a bunch of other useful effects, to get exactly the sound you're looking for. I never tested this library in mono. These patches I created are not perfect, but can be made to sound like what you hear in this video. You'd have to follow all instructions in order.

Thanks for the reply! I’m not sure if you’re aware but there’s been a bit of a public outcry with how the Kronos piano patches sound in situations where you have to run the Kronos in mono (left output only). Ppl aren’t too thrilled with how the Kronos sums the piano patches in mono. That’s one of the only things keeping me from pulling the trigger just yet. Because I’m sure there will be times where I’ll be in situations where stereo won’t be an option for me.
