Add a little saliva on the knot before you pull it. Everything is easier with lube.

Sometimes your stance was closed, sometimes open, in the video. When you won the tournament, what stance did you go with? Hope you say closed (because I cast better closed), but I know that is unorthodox for long distance.

Really great abrasion resistance and though I've never put the Big Game line kzbin.infoUgkxQ4x31pJVpClzhxzNFeILZYTW7Xbs7ZIF (any poundage) through an official test it always seems to break well above rated poundage. This line stretches a very good amount before it breaks and does well in saltwater too. Not the best line for a spinning reel in my opinion, especially if you're planning on using it for lures only due to it having a bit of memory but still a great line whether filling a spool, using as top shot or strictly for leader line. I've bought a bunch of Big game line in the past and plan on continuing to do so in the future.

Rod/reel combo with fishing kit as an emergency setup kzbin.infoUgkxntWMOZsO1Zfv-pdn_XuffEtNkTYAYu4Z recommend but started to use this every day. The rod is thick and seems durable. I keep it neatly tucked into a regular backpack all the time with my fishing gear, and can grab it anytime, put it on my back and go anywhere. I just read in another review that the rod length below the reel is adjustable as well, so I will try that too for even more portability. Probably the best setup I've ever owned. I lost the cap for the eyelets, but no big deal since I still have the black cloth sheath that came for the pole and I use that. Very portable and high quality.

Love this. kzbin.infoUgkxntWMOZsO1Zfv-pdn_XuffEtNkTYAYu4Z recommend Got it a couple weeks ago hated having to wait almost 2 weeks to get it out fishing. This pole is one of our new catfish poles. It stood up quite well today. It casts great. It reels smoothly. The pole is easily collapsible. friend ended up catching only one fish because we didn't have too long to fish, and he reeled it in easily. Good buy. Hubby is happy so I am happy! Looking forward to warmer temps so we can spend more time playing with it!

Let me ask again, regarding the notch (notch) & curve (curve) on the biot, how you tie the biot on to the hook?

Could you tell us please, the biot, regarding the notch and the curve, how you tied it on to the shank.
@lelandfly
@lelandfly Жыл бұрын
I always take my biot and tie it in with the ridge side on the bottom at an angle. This helps me wrap my biot with the ridge on the back of the hook shank.

i agree with most other comments, it’s not a curve cast, it’s an aerial mend. Great work on the aerial mend demo. Also, i really like the point on private water on public land and the point on an earned fish.
