A small brush didn't not get all the mold out. I'm really sad, and disappointed. I used to love and recommend this. Now I'm embarrassed that I recommended this to family and friends. We've ALL had the same problem.

Mine opens real easy love love love it. Best I've ever had. Keeps drinks cold a long time. It's been 7 hours my drink is still ice cold.

This is not helpful, 1) because I could not find a micro cleaning brush that small on Amazon, and 2) because even if I clean it that way, mold still grows in the crevices that you can’t get to. This video was more helpful: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pHiZnI2Jbb5okLMfeature=shared However, the lid design just needs to be redone so it’s easier to clean because I can’t have my husband take it apart every time. It takes a man’s strength to do it. I still want to support your company and buy your products if they get a new design, but not if I keep having to purchase new lids. In this economy? Absolutely not.

Does the top straw piece come completely out of the lid? I need to be able to take all seals and all pieces apart to be able to clean them. Mouths go on these things and stuff just gets nasty. I think most companies think that if it's just water it doesn't get dirty. I need it all to come apart.

You guys forgot the part where mold grows in the lid and we can’t take it apart to wash it properly. My kid actually got sick drinking from this cup. Would never buy it again 😢

This would be my favorite cup if I didn’t have such problems cleaning the lid. They should have a recall. That’s how terrible it is. It’s this piece that nothing could reach. I’ve soaked it EVERYTHING smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ they need to just send out new lids atp. Never ordering another one again unless they make new lids 🙄😒

My lid has gotten mold for the second time and customer service told me to get a DENTAL brush to clean it. How about you make it easier to clean the lid hydrojug. Or provide the brush with the purchase of the $50 cup!

My problem is getting enough liquid through the straw. I have to suck really hard and only get a little. It feels as if there's no air flow. How do I fix that?

I have the same issue?? It is really challenging trying to suck water through my straw and then it makes bubbles at the bottom after drinking. What can I do to fix this

Hilary Osborn has a video how to take it all apart and clean without the little brush. I just did it and it worked great. Can’t believe how gross mine was inside!
