I don’t know what is wrong with mine, I have ordered several and multiple of them have come and the lid doesn’t line up so it’s crooked with the handle. One of the lids got stuck on and I ended up have to return it. What am I doing wrong

Oh my gosshh I literally just complained about this!!!! It’s so frustrating! I can’t make it line up so I have to drink it all crooked and then it’s to tight and won’t come off. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Yes! And if I screw it on tight, I’m am unable to drink out of the straw because there Is not enough suction.

This happened to me too!!! My straw is still to the side. FALSE ADVERTISING HYDROJUG. I emailed them videos and they said that if the straw is to the side and not centered, it’s not considered “faulty” and they won’t replace it. I had to buy a new one

Mine won’t line up either and I’ve been doing what she’s doing in the video. I’ve been trying for 20 minutes and it just won’t line up. I’m getting so frustrated😭

Mine opens real easy love love love it. Best I've ever had. Keeps drinks cold a long time. It's been 7 hours my drink is still ice cold.

Does the top straw piece come completely out of the lid? I need to be able to take all seals and all pieces apart to be able to clean them. Mouths go on these things and stuff just gets nasty. I think most companies think that if it's just water it doesn't get dirty. I need it all to come apart.

My problem is getting enough liquid through the straw. I have to suck really hard and only get a little. It feels as if there's no air flow. How do I fix that?

I have the same issue?? It is really challenging trying to suck water through my straw and then it makes bubbles at the bottom after drinking. What can I do to fix this

How do I clean the small parts in the lid? I love the jug but it’s starting to get grime in the portions of the lid that connect to the top portion of the lid. I tried to pop off the flip straw but it’s not going anywhere

How tall is the hydrojug traveler tumbler? I can’t find that measurement anywhere online. Some websites say 5” but I know that is inaccurate by watching your video and seeing it in your hand.

This did not resolve my issue. My straw still sits to the side of the cup. I emailed them and they said it’s not considered “faulty” as long as it’s leak proof... Had to order a new one so hopefully it’s made correctly

I hear you!!! FABULOUS water bottle - pretty, large, love the flip top/no spill straw, fits in car cup holder - BUT 1/4 OF THE TIME I CANNOT GET THE LID OFF. Will work on it for 1-3 days and eventually after trying a LOT OF TIMES WITH A RUBBER LID REMOVER - I finally open it. When out - I’ve had to ask men if they could open the lid for me - so embarrassing! Am so glad I kept my Stanley for the days when that lid is stuck!!!

Don’t push against the handle or else it could break. You have to flip up the straw to the drinking position and put your fingers in the little groove to get more grip. It also helps sometimes if you run a little hot water around the top of it.

Too bad the straw area produces mold. So be ready with so many of those small brush because it doesn’t come apart and that area is a breading ground for mold. Disgusting . So mad I wasted my money on two of these and learned this the hard way.

Taking the spout and rubber seal off is doable, but not for me. I came here to find a tutorial on it but saw people were having trouble so I recruited my husband. He was able to do it using two skinny flat head screwdrivers. One on each side of the spout and pried it out without any damage. I wish it were a bit easier though.

So I ordered a hydrojug. That will never happen again after you purchase an item then they give you the how long it takes to get your order. 3 to 5 after fulfillment but if they have sales going on well then it’s 5 to 10 after fulfillment. How long does it take to put a jug in a box? Seriously thats ridiculous. After you order they send 7 or 8 emails on dumb stuff like how much you should drink and so on. How about you send me an update on my order which you can’t do. This company has a poor business model. Thus has been you PSA BEWARE.
