Bro the only symbol that shouldn't be associated with God is the American flag lmao

That was a symbol of Divine Providence in the Renaissance Period .

Catholicism is very rich and deep in history and tradition. Most Protestants don't have an issue with the modern reformed catholics. The only issues are the extra biblical materials like praying to the Queen of heavens, dead people, saints and having a self proclaimed vicar of Christ on earth. In general most protestants deeply respect the devotion and solemness of the catholic traditions.

It was presented by the eagle lodge...do they use the all seeing eye for anything?
@padenvanКүн бұрын
The monument was installed by the fraternal order of eagles, and almost every chapter of the FOE in Texas was led by Freemasons. It’s a Masonic symbol symbolizing the All Seeing Eye of God shared by the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Remember that the Masons are not a religious organization, but you cannot be a Mason without affirming the authority and existence of Deity in order to make the political philosophy of the United States function (rights are created by God and ergo cannot be taken away by government, and every person has equal propensity and responsibility in influencing their own political future, not a monarch)

Really made me think about creation. Is the beginning in Genesis the same beginning as John 1:1, or as I read it, does John's beginning begin before Genesis?

When I watch this guy and hear his biased questions, I don't see somebody who wants to learn, but somebody who wants to get his false believes about the Catholic Church and the Crusades confirmed. The Crusades were one of the greatest things ever. Check out the channel Real Crusades History to learn the true history instead of the false modernist version that portrays Muslims as the good guys.

More interesting to me is how it allows for a Western Catholic/Lutheran numbering of the commandments as well as an Eastern/Reformed/Anglican/other low church denominations ordering.
@reptowolfe8322Күн бұрын
That symbol is actually far more relatvant than you might think. In most masonic uses, and their derivatives, it means the all seeing OF GOD, that last part gets left out quite often. But yeah, it is directly related to God watching over us, and thus is a reminder to be moral-hence the connection.

Abraham had a faith we should all aspire to. That's what set him apart. He was the only man, a wealthy man in a world of distractions, influential enough that his faith moved people. Even his servants had faith because this man rose to the occasion of being a leader to his people and he lead them to God.

Your picture of Abraham is fairly accurate. It usually shows a 40 year old man dragging a 6 year old kid up the hill. It’s closer to a 33 year old son and a 133 year old Abraham.

Dude that symbol means Jesus. . . Since he is the chief stone. Masons just appropriated the symbol in the same way how satanist appropriated the upside down cross which is the symbol of Peter.
@dereksalazar9695Күн бұрын
The all seeing eye is actually a Christian symbol for God the father however it is naw with a new meaning for secret groups like illuminati and others just like the upside down cross a Christian symbol naw used buy satanists and wickedness

Historically churches started using it as a symbol to distinguish Trinitarian churches and heretics. When you walk into a church and see that know that it’s talking about the one true God

Well, why would you want to be part of a Church which has PHENOMENAL preaching and awesome entertainment only to see the next generation not able to keep up? Which forces you to move on to other phenomenal preachers and awesome entertainments? It becomes clear one loves the messenger more than the message.

Its a symbol of monotheism in Egypt when Amen or Amon was worshipped. Eventually they went off track worshipping subordinate Gods, grouping the Sun God, Ra with Amen, therefore worship of Amen Ra, then Ra, then Osiris, Isis etc.. They reverted to polytheism.

Didn’t he have to cut those animals in half to seal the covenant
@tylervigue3878Күн бұрын
That's a great question! The context for this is that it was an ancient custom to cut these animals in half and then you AND somebody would walk in between them to make a covenant together. It's like a pinky promise, "If I break my covenant to you, the same we've done to these animals will be done to me." But the thing is ONLY God walked through the animals. That's why we would say Abraham didn't have to do anything, God didn't even have him participate in the promise, there were no conditions on Abraham's part for God to do His. So technically yeah, you could say Abraham had to cut the animals, but that's really just the chore, it wasn't Abraham's end of the deal or something like that. It's like writing a contract and then not having to sign it. You wouldn't say that writing the contract was Abraham's end of the deal, it was just a trivial chore. The one who signed the contract and took all of the liability for it was God. Hope that explains it!

Abraham was willing to obey God, even if it meant killing his own child. Abraham was willing to do what God is willing to do, kill his own son. Abraham's obedience created God's chosen people. Mary's obedience brought the Messiah. Both of them being obedience undid Adam and Eve's disobedience. So, Abraham did EVERYTHING, not nothing.

Silence and SOLEMN in the Presence of GOD. GOD is present in the Catholic Church Tabernacle. How big is one Church Altar for the Celebration of Holy Mass how big is HIS Throne during every moment holy Sacrifices was offer. I honestly advise my dear brother and sister in Christ Jesus. Remember that GOD is there, seated and PRESENCE IN HOLY HOST. An Altar, Tabernacle, Holy Host, A priest and Altar boys, the laity in 3 realms are in One. Glory be to GOD in the Highest 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

The placement of the eye of Providence is not a mistake it is above and behind the American flag and eagle. It is watching over and watching the deeds of America which is flanked by the law of God the two tablets. America is held accountable to the law by the ever watching eyes of God. The stars of David and the Christian symbol at the bottom are less prevalent because they are only there to show unity in this faith with judeo christian ethic which is not the main point. The main point is America is not above the law of God but held to account by it and Him. Period.
