My speculation is Be6 with traditional logo with separate brand of new generation thought in mind affordable price before announcement of price line, whereas Overpricing for all model even to pay separately for charger on base variant Why we should buy base model ? For extra charger & Why to pay higher cost for Top variant? We will wait mobility expo for new upcoming ev's like Creta Ev which is proven sucessful story, MG EV, Vitara Ev & yes don't forget about TATA AVINYA EV which is much more futuristic concept EV upcoming on born ev and range is 600 kms BE6 & XE9 Buyer's pls wait for sometime TATA AVINYA EV more futuristic tech than overpricing M&M brand which is also completely on Ev platform If Overpricing who are paying suggest go for BYD Brand Mahindra EV company should get message even base model is higher price and saying affordable price How affordable price for base model ? If indian customer will not pay extra for charger and extra for installation also

I'm still trying (and failing) to make sense of why Indigo's wet leasing 787s (and one 777 from Turkish) despite being an all-Airbus airline. Maybe a 787 order coming soon? Also, because in early-mid 2023, we were also hearing whispers of Boeing being favoured to win an order for around 25 DreamLiners, but nothing came of that. And there is a gap in their fleet between the XLRs and the A350s. Don't know why though, the A330 would make a lot more sense, for fleet commonality and also because of lower pilot training requirements.

1) Is there a minimum no. of units that a manufacturer has to deliver to be considered? Or can a manufacturer 'paper launch' around half a dozen units and win? 2) Will the Green Car award become redundant in the future, because we've already got 3-4 (depending on if you count curvv) EVs nominated out of 8 cars for ICOTY? Also I took a brief look at the contenders and here's how I would vote: Roxx: 9 Curvv EV: 7 (though it didn't sell all that well) Punch: 6 Windsor: 4 Basalt: -1 BYD Seal or E-class for premium car award purely because the BMWs are ugly. Green Car Seal: 8 (only because of its CKD price, otherwise it'd be a 10 and it's joever for all of us. 你好.) Curvv: 7 Punch: 7 (gets bumped here because of its EV volumes) Windsor: 3 (Contradicting myself immediately afterwards by taking points off for it being ugly despite its volumes)
@KushanMitra29 күн бұрын
I won't comment on your scores although aesthetics do take a back seat when I score and I look at price and practicality more. On the deliveries front, no, there is no specific number and in the Premium Car category it could be in single digits.

1:29 Curious about this by the way, some masterplan in 2016 or so mentioned the replacement of T2 with a 'world class T4' following the construction of dual taxiways, the fourth runway and the T1 expansion. Have those plans been shelved now?
@KushanMitraАй бұрын
The dual taxiways and 11R/29L have been built and T1 is on the verge of starting; T2 will have to be replaced, I guess they will demolish the old ATC complex for that - but if DXN takes away some load, I doubt work on that will start before 2026-27 before DEL hits 100mpa
@shlok.shrivastavАй бұрын
@@KushanMitra Yes, sorry. I meant to write 'Have those plans for T4 been shelved now?' I doubt Jewar airport, especially initially (Phase 1), will cannibalize DEL too much with limited operations and poor connectivity. Might be different after 5 or 10 years, after RapidX, HSR and Metro connections along with the new city UP is planning over there. So DEL should continue to see increased passenger flow. And it's not just about the passenger volume, the country's flagship airport and major hub (including possibly a future international hub depending on how things pan out with out domestic carriers) should not have the majority of its stands be remote stands! T1 expansion took a little bit longer than expected already. And in my opinion, it would be a bad decision to defer development at DEL, the T1 expansion already cost $1 Billion approx. and construction cost inflation is generally much higher than other inflation. Continuous upgradation is much more efficient than stop start projects, a lesson we've finally begun to learn with the construction of Delhi Metro in phases for example. Stopping and starting construction leads to a massive loss of momentum. And even after this hypothetical T4 is built, there's so much work still to be done and I'm surprised plans for most of these are either nonexistent or at very preliminary stages. Construction of an AirTrain linking the terminals, Aerocity's next phase, the new RapidX SNB-Alwar line that will pass through Aerocity, a link to DXN, I even heard the new HSR station for Delhi is planned to be at DEL. So, DEL will be a construction site for at least the next decade, and these new projects are likely to feed even more passengers to Delhi, necessitating further expansion. The only major projects going on there are the New Bijwasan Railway station and Golden line of Delhi Metro. And progress on both has been achingly slow. In fact, some stupid environmental petition just effectively halted all progress at Bijwasan. Sorry for being kinda rant-y lol.
@KushanMitraАй бұрын
@@shlok.shrivastav okay, I will do a new video on DEL's development.and I agree that DXN will not really cannibalise DEL - especially since the main economic hub of the NCR is inside a 15km radius of DEL. The 'Airtrain' plan is a bit bizarre for now because I don't see how it can be built 'at grade' between T1 and T3... but yes, I will do a video on this once I go through the new T1

Still don't understand why a new LCC airline would go all Boeing. Yes, Airbus has a much larger order book but with Boeing's eternal production difficulties, it's obvious they're not gonna catch up anytime soon. Maybe they got an excellent deal? And even worse in Akasa's case, coz they ordered 100 MAX 10s, the variant which still hasn't been certified.
@KushanMitraАй бұрын
Also, I didn't mention here - AIX portion of the Air India order (190 MAX) which happened after Akasa and they've already got 35 of those. Akasa's slots have been hit pretty bad by the strike and slowdown. Also they did get a fantastic deal and 'promises' of 40 planes by FY25 end.
@shlok.shrivastavАй бұрын
@@KushanMitra There's a strike going on? I didn't even know that lol. And Boeing's 'promises' are as good as worthless and they certainly won't be getting anywhere close to 40 planes after the Boeing strike. As for AI, they seem to have learnt to not put trust in Boeing as their recently announced 100 plane order is for A350s and A320neos. No options activated with Boeing so far.

I can't seem to find what strike you're talking about btw?

I think if companies can trademark colours or jingles, then two letter combinations could be a logical extension of trademark law. But in this specific case, it's absolutely ridiculous simply because they are in completely different industries, with minimal potential for overlap or confusion and because {Number}E is Mahindra's new (bad) EV naming scheme. If it was only one car being named 6E and no other similar names, I could've considered it.

No better example to prove the phrase "Artificial Intelligence is no match to natural stupidity." This means that even the most advanced Artificial Intelligence aid like Google Maps, ADAS level X, Tesla self-driving etc etc is not a match when it comes to the natural stupidity of following the maps blindly. Use these aids to help you, to assist you but not take command over you.
