After testing six helmets this year, this didn't have any competion. The Cardo freecom 2 fit without issue. I opted for the clear drop down inner shield. I also fitted an old Nolan micro chin strap, which is a huge upgrade. First time in 50 years I don't wear any glasses with this helmet, and I haven't found a need for any sun protection. I use Loop Quiet ear plugs and I can hear the music on low, at highway speed. Can't say enough about the SRT!

I used bearing grease around the rubber intake and air box mounts before I slid them together. It will help seal up the gasket maybe keep the rubber from cracking? And it slides everything together better. I learned that trying to get the carbs back together on a VF 700 back in the day. Those bike are a v4 and the intakes face each other like a Harley. They all have to go in at the same time. I needed something on those boots to help them slide together.
