Dyna Rebuild | New 95" Pistons and Jugs Installed

The rebuild of the Dyna is moving right along. Picked up the jugs that got punched out to .0020" over from the machine shop along with the pistons and rings.
Instead of waiting on the heads to get done to get everything done at once, I instead was impatient and went ahead and threw these together and onto the con-rods.
Heads will be done soon!!

There is a tool to grind them down evenly, I just don’t have one. The guy doing the work offered to do it, but it never hurts to double check.

@@NattyBumppo i need to get the tools to do most myself. Over here we dont have meny shops that will work on harleys. Why i love that you show all the small things that i havent seen on any other build chanel , they just say gap the tings it shuld be this or this , but never how they come up with it . But yes double check everything 👍
