Why does batman cut van? What was his goal there? I can see why the scene was needed, to give him an injury for the later scene, and I appreciate seeing him using tech that failed and humanizing himself with a dumb mistake, but was his plan to cut open a door to enter the van? I mean that's some extremely wishful thinking.
