Yes, this is a kevlar one. But Tomas uses an Ambassador on it now.

Those small Lignum kits sound superb. Lots you can do with them.

I played a kit for a bit some years back in a music shop, always wanted one since, even with the smaller sized toms the kit sounds full and huge. Lots you can do with it. It sounds very natural and alive. Plywood shells can't match this (and I've used a lot of those).

It is Gert (the wood whisperer) from Lignum Drums who brought this video to my attention again by reposting on fb. It was a really inspiring session with a beautiful instrument build by a really nice person !
