I'm an Army-L who loves and is a fan of both BTS and EXO. To be honest, one thing I truly appreciate about A.R.M.Ys is that this fandom has never turned off their Army Bomb lightsticks whenever other groups were performing or receiving awards at the award shows over the years. Unfortunately, that's not always the case with Exo-Ls. Of course it's important to note that not the entire fandom behaves the same way either. Every fandom isn't saint because there are always a bunch of blemishes in every fandom that affects the overall image of the entire fandom resulting in mostly negative impact. This is just my observation from what I've seen at the award shows of the third generation K-pop groups and artists, mostly from 2015 to 2017. Just being a crazy a** fan of certain groups and artists with utmost loyalty to the point where it becomes toxic, delusional, and mentally draining simply seems and sounds childish, irrational, and immature. Fans who spends hours of engaging in fan wars over the smallest of anything is even more childish and laughable. Seriously, the entire K-pop industry, including its fandoms, should strive to mature, rational and educated. Ultimately, this type of immature behavior hinders K-pop's ability to expand and maintain its global phenomenon status.
