@userfztijh No. They actually have to prove it with hard evidence. If it goes to court, they'll have to convince the judge. And a 'leaked' document that can't be sourced isn't going to do the job. And if it ever becomes verified and sourced, it may not be enough. Even international artists have a hard time winning lawsuits against their labels (even when the label is outright stealing the artists' money), so it's not an easy thing.

Why comeback every year and still not be happy with SM? Ask Exo, Suju,TVXQ, Shinee, FX and others members who left SM. SM has the highest court case in kpop just for the slave contract, and uneven payment to their idols YG artist only need two songs mini album to wipe out SM artist 10 mini albums...coz SM paid expensive composer and still the songs can't hit anything. 2 suicide case in SM just summarise how deeper their problem than YG. Here are my opinions.. 1. Rose will be the most successful blackpink going solo . Why ? Her style of music will highly be recognized by international fans . Why do you think Bruno Mars was on her song ? Lisa is good . Yes . But man her song is popular because it's just the same kpop songs nothing new . Loud songs , trash lyrics . Jennie should focus on fashion world and maybe movies. Jisoo is already on modeling and movies 2. Newjeans will always be original . I means at the awards show , you all saw it. Inside the celebrity world, everyone is supporting newjeans except hybe and belift. It's been months since they released music but look at the number of endorsements they are getting.
