Hormone therapy for perimenopausal and menopausal women has been horribly done by standard doctors for well over 30 years. They [ the doctors in medical networks which take insurance] are trained only to look at and prescribe or administer just a few hormones. They ignore the relationships to the others which are needed for good health. This ignorance is built into all their procedures, policy and proticols [ PPP] for treating patients Think about it. The only hormones standard doctors deal with are::: Estrogen, Insuline, Cortisol, thyroid and cortisone like hormones. They try their best to ignore hormones like Progesterone, Testosterone, DHEA, pregnenolone and even nandrolone. By ignoring these; they condemn many men and women patients into a very bad slide into old age. But doctors make big bucks just helping patients at a bare minimum. Sad

This is fabulous. Would be easier to see with a darker band, a bit hard to see against the white. For those of us with not great eyesight.!🙏

Please stress Stop for water breaks and deep breathing breaks during your film. More protection of wrist and shoulders important. Injuries so easily happen. I’ve been a trainer for many years in US

How do you lift heavier weights when your osteoporosis has given you several fractures. DEXA -4.5.
@shazben982211 сағат бұрын
Good question my results are -3.8 two severe wedge fractures that left my with kyphosis and height loss I’m on alendronic acid but almost certain it causing me more back and abdomen pain My hips to they burn and it goes into my groin They want to give me zoldronate infusion 1 every yr for 3 yrs If it is the alendronic acid that causing me more pain whats an infusion going to do I really can’t make up my mind if I should say stick your drugs or not Another big problem I have I can’t do much excersize I have very severe emphysema so get extremely breathless I’m stage 4 I can walk 5 metres if I’m lucky I think hope is all lost for me If I didn’t have the osteoporosis I could of possibly had lung transfusion So no weight lifting for me or lots of excersise I was diognosed with osteopenia in 2015 my doc wouldn’t give me hrt because it can cause osteoporosis she said ? Well thank you doc yet you carried on giving me omaprazole for over 10yrs which can cause osteoporosis so u read yes steroids can to but I rarely took steroids until I had to go on inhalers for emphysema but I think there talking more tablet steroids that do more damage Any views guys do I come of the alendronic acid and put up with side effects or and take m chances… go for the infusion or just have nine of them I heard something about yem cream of Barbara o Neil

Thank you very much for the very helpful instructions. I am a bit surprised, though, with the push to drink excessive amounts of water. This approach to water is very debatable (to say the least). There were plenty of studies done on this subject (mostly in Europe), which demonstrate that excessive amounts of water compromise the function of kidneys by overloading them while also disbalancing the body's mineral content. Moreover, there are just so many (too many) individual factors, which play the role in one's requirement for hydration, that the popular one fit all approach (6-8 or more glasses of water per day) is kind of an old tail, which for some reason is still prominently dominates here, in the USA.
