@NagsToRichesPtyLtd @nagstoriches I love this video! Thankyou. I've watched it so many times! You do make it look Super easy. Tell me please, would this work in a thin ultra pathetic forelock that can't even be semi braided? I've seen your other video on forelock boosting and your horse who you state has a 'pathetic forelock' is doing real well compared to my mares 'fuzz'! It's so thin at the base... I'm not sure she'll ever have anything you could call a forelock! Wish I could show you! Ugh, what to do? I have shows coming up soon. It would really let her down if she had to be shaved there.(again!) Ps I think I could get a tiny ponytail in her fuzzy forelock. That's why I thought I may be able to copy what you did on the mane to add the rosette on a forelock, wrap the excess forelock around the base of rosette and use plenty of wax on the flyaways! 😊 I have 5 fake plaits here..... bought thru you last year! (And plait boosters which saved my butt)😊😊 would love your input! Thanks.😊

How do you undo a sewn plait? I’m doing a camp and knew how to plait and braid but I’m not familiar with sewing. Also are there anyways to sew a button braid type thing with a long mane?

My horse looks stunning plaited (he did a lot of in hand showing as a baby) but I am terrible at plaits. 😂 I don't have any sewing scissors or the sprays so I might need to get some spray for when he decides to grow his mane back in. 😂

I am going to try this because I FINNALLLY found a pony with a longer forelock and its soo nice, how is your ponies forelock so neat?? Its jurt very like not frizzy at all and I'm just wondering to see if I can fix my horse forelock a little i guess just using some horsie conditioner, your pony is adorable! Thanks for this video these plaits are gorgeous
@BumblebeeEquestrian
@BumblebeeEquestrian 8 ай бұрын
Yeah, you could totally use a horse conditioner! Just be careful around the eyes when rinsing them out. Braiding their manes, tails, and forelocks can also reduce breakage and make it healthier, which can help make the mane appear neater. You could also use mane and tail detanglers and leave in conditioners, which are amazing to use in the winter as well when its too cold to bathe. My favoritie is the Canter Mane and Tail, because it smells amazing and works wonders. It is about 20 USD dollars. I also like the Mane And Tail Detangler, but Canter is the best! Have a nice day :)

I was looking for a place to send you a message but I didn’t see one. So I will help you here. I am an actor and often times we have to do “self tapes” these days because of COVID. So when you set up your phone to record, turn it sideways or horizontal. This way your videos will be wide instead of having a skinny screen and black on each side. The first video I watched was filmed really well but this one got outside of your cameras screen. All the best from California USA

How could you apply to a horse that won't accept spray?
@lizxu322
@lizxu322 Жыл бұрын
You can't. You have to teach the horse to accept spray. Start with a small spray bottle of water and spray at them until they are desensitised

great video - best one I have found so far as a clipper beginner. 2 questions - do you need to add oil to the blades during clipping? And I have a Palomino with Cushings. He's become too hairy not to clip but he's quite freckly and pale underneath and I don't want him to get sunburn - can I just shorten the hair (he's not ridden) instead of clipping it all off?
