Sad to hear that it didn’t work for you, would recommend that you download the game from FitGirl repacks, because I tried this fix on the pirated version of the game the official versions are way too unoptimised

There is a link provided down below in thr description, check it out that website contains multiple other solutions to this same problem thus maybe one of them might work for you. Also open command prompt as an administrator and type sfc /scannow press enter and wait for it to resolve issues then try these procedures, if all else fails then you should go for a clean format

I downloaded the game from FitGirls repack and applied this fix it works fine for me, you can try that too also make sure Anti Aliasing is 16x all the time

Do you have any GPU ?

Run it on max settings, I mean keep everything on high especially anti - aliasing 16X also make sure V sync is on Goto Run Type %temp% Inside the folder there would be tonnes of temporary files delete all of them, the system won’t be able to delete few files skip them. Post deletion of temporary files your system should handle the game better.

This one should work for Windows 10 too, give it a try

Yes, using Nvidia In game overlay you can record your face through your cam along with the game. Press ALT+Z to access In game overlay Beside sound record option, on the right side under performance & gallery you should be able to find the option to record your face using your cam Hope it works for you

Try with a lower number for example 4000mb

I guess if you follow the steps shown in video you should be able to unlock max resolution. Also, I tried this on the version downloaded from FitGirl Repacks, thus you can download it from FitGirl Repacks and give it a try. Hope it works :)

In order to fix this Go to settings On the left click on System Then select Display Under related settings click on Graphics Then from the list of softwares locate your game, click on it and then click on options Under graphics preference select high performance, your GPU will be mentioned in that option. Hope it works :)

Okay, see the best suggestion from my side would be to download the pirated copy of the game from Fit Girls repack and apply this fix on it. Because, I have the Fit Girl's repack version of the game and it runs smooth for me, the original version of the game is so old and un-optimized that it barely functions properly on modern systems. Hope it works for you :)
