I am in a city, so I used it to half my food costs. I dont eat bread and I do not own a cooker, so am quite restricted in what I can order, but if I wanted to I could eat twice a day from it. I usually use it four or five times a week. It would be more if there were more restaurants and fruit and vegetable shops participating
