I loved this video, Helen ! And I also love giving ourselves time for self care ... in all its forms... pampering skin care routines, creams, masks and even a little bit of colour ! I love taking care of my skin, it feels so pampering and always makes me feel so good, and I know that my skin appreciates it. Sometimes, I also like to wear a lipstick at home, even when I am doing chores, and at times I even choose a strong lip or eye shadow colour, just for fun :) Thank you for sharing Helen ! ❤

Hello Helen, Your hair looks so pretty, just allowing it to air dry. 🤩 I have yet to try the Cerave cream. I use Cetaphil, which comes in a similar container. I also often add, polishing my nails. 💅🏾Tfs your routine, as well as the Estee Lauder products that you use. That info will come in handy as one of my favorite department stores is having a friends and family sale. 😊🙌 🍁🍂🌻🍂🍁

Cetaphil is such a great brand as well, and I find that both Cerave and Cetaphil are so gentle on the skin. 💕Enjoy that friends and family sale-definitely a perfect time to treat yourself with those Estee Lauder favorites!
