Like they say eat healthy 80% of the time and 20% you can have treats like chocolate sprinkles lol. As a fussy eater i can safely say Rio and Rebel are streets ahead of what I ate as a child.

Francis, you have them with you while you prepare the food and they are watching. They both are getting a lot out of being there. Rio's taste buds will enjoy diferent foods when he is ready. There is variety and you aren't pushing food so hang in there. You're cool! 👍

Rio will come back to veges. I disguise veges in pasta sauce, little quiches and mash vege fingers. That's if you like to make yourself or your dad. Make a big batch and freeze. Loving the videos.

Get Rio to make his own noodle soup. He can draw a shopping list, buy the ingredients , cut the veg, season it, cook it… try it. We have a rule when the little ones say ‘I don’t like it’. Sniff it. Lick it. Nibble it. (Often, not always, they’ll take a bite) x

I think it’s important to balance of what’s good for you and what’s realistic to fit in with life. No problem with sometimes using ready to go stuff. I love to make from scratch healthy stuff but not always possible.
