CPL needs to expansion Edmonton, Regina, Thunder Bay, Windsor, London and Quebec. 2 teams in 2026, 2028 and 2030, one Western team and one Eastern team.

if there were at least a ninth city in there, canada would be able to host a world cup on their own and not have to share with mexico and USA like they will be doing in 2026. i wouldn't mind if canada were the sole host and the number of participants stayed at 32 teams.
