For the 24/25 season, athens Kallithea will be playing in the Apostolos Nikolaidis. Panathinaikos will be be playing in the Olympic Stadium of Athens until the new Votanikos stadium is built

I agree with you. The main problem is that most of these stadiums are municipal stadiums and the local authorities never thought that they have to renovate them. Or let the teams use and renovate them in exghange of some annual rent. Some teams are allready in the process of build their own stadiums (Panathinaikos, PAOK, OFI Crete) and some others of renovate (Panaitolikos, Iraklis, Panionios). But at the time the most of Greek Stadiums and the services they provide are shit. To the creator of this video. Panathinaikos has moved to the Olympic Stadium (cap. 65000) and rent Ap. Nikolaidis to the Athens Kallithea team who left Grigoris Lambrakis stadium.
