My ex cheated on me a few times. I had a gut feeling. Turns out he got an incurable disease from the other woman. Im grateful i had the intuition not to do anything with him. My spirit just didn't feel right. Once he confessed i forgave him but demanded he get tested. We were in a long distance relationship so i didn't see him alot. So once he got the results i had to let him go. I still pray for him though. I cherish my health and wasnt going to risk being with him.

Thank you so much Lisa for bringing these ladies to share their stories. I am a new mother to a 2 month old baby and watching this talk has really really encouraged me and made me appreciate the fact that am not mad for feeling the way I have felt as a new mother (sort of traumatized and depressed). I could really relate with one thing or two from each of their experiences. And indeed, new mothers truly need grace from the so called support system around them. Also I wish we could get some contacts for the nurse that Phionah used during the early stages of her newborn babies.

Oh beautiful...it was like food for my soul. Thank you Lisa for bringing these ladies on board. I will however share a rare experience, when i got my first son after 2 nights of that...i watched a video of Apostle Grace where he talked about how life is spiritual and even the kids have a spirit. So i decided to play worship music all night interchanging with some sermons from different pastors. I deliberately read the bible verses on sleep to him verbally and even one time i spoke to him directly and said..'my dear, you can hear me, you will sleep amd enjoy this world' in 2 days i kid u not Lisa, my son could sleep for 5 hours. I remember leaving him at 1 month to go to salon and i came back without him crying a bit. He is grown now but once u put on worship music, he just knows its time to sleep. He will sleep.😂 but now i need him to know its time to pray also not sleep.

I also would like to think that what helped was advice i got from a Senior Nalongo on putting both of them on boob at the same time. It was hard the first tries (also a mind game) but i noticed they would feed and black out soon after. That was my night sleep hack. I would prop them up with pillows and feed them at one go.
