nausea is very common with 2cb, I always eat ginger 30min before ingestion and I almost never get nausea anymore even on high doses (25mg+) I wouldnt go above 30mg, as the bodyload gets pretty unbrearable. 2CB (powder/hbr/hcl) is great for either chill out light trips or parties (nexus flip for example). I did combine 2cb with acid once and it was very intense visually and psychedelic from the acid too - so maybe give that a try, if you want a mind trip aswell :))

Benzos were helpful for my anxiety, but then I realized I just needed less anxiety, not zero anxiety. Anxiety regulates me in a lot of ways. This is super great content . I will deff be tuning in from now on . Benzos have deff helped me sometimes but like you said nothing about them makes it ever worth it imo . I have an addictive personality but i have friends with 'quite normal' personality's and from all of there experience they all HAD to stop using benzos or made some sort of change in there life and it took me a while to grasp this concept , but the rebound anxiety are so terrible and the withdrawal alone can kill you and imo its worse than coming off of heroin.
