I also took some dried lionsmane powder (Lion's Mane Hericium), about 0.8-1g before taking the shrooms. This mushroom has all kinds of cool qualities, but one of them is lowering cortisol levels (the stress hormone). This makes for a more pleasant and smooth trip. And it's legal in most places. So yhea just wanted to leave you guys with this additional tip. Both sooth the stomach and reduce the risk of vomiting and loosing a buch of your precious psylocibin. I find that roibos tea also works great (and personally I love the flavour)

i did shrooms for the first time after my mdma peak, it was my worst trip ever my friends kept pestering me and forcing me to do stuff i didn't want to do, i lost memory of like 60% of the trip, eventually woke up in a car with a friend that for some reason i didn't recognize started panicking really hard because i thought i was being kidnapped and i started hearing voices cursing me behind my back (not really sure about the voices), saw some pretty cool visuals and had moments but im not doing anything with my friend group again

Oh no I’m so sorry you had this experience never take any psychedelic after a mdma peak! You will 100% have a bad time every time ur serotonin is downregulated and needs at least a week I find to trip pleasantly on mush or L again and at least 1-3 months to do md again but I hope you try laying off the Molly and trying the mush again it’s incredible and it’s actually good for ur brain

@@Julien12342 i do pure mdma no E to much potential for other drugs so that makes a difference and it was amazing man the molly prevents any bad thoughts or feelings so youre just feeling pure love i highly recommend it if your mentally strong enough, and also 250 is pretty safe ive taken up to a half a gram before wouldnt recommend that especially without taking 5htp for at least a week or 2 before hand. if you have any other questions let me know happy trippin 🌀

Usually when im only doing psycadelics I also do not listen to hiphop or trap (because of what you said). But with the molly combined, trap music slaps so hard for me 😄

​@@JadenLucas-y2n visuals aren't the point of mdma and aren't actually caused by it. The reason why high doses of mdma cause hallucinations is because at that point your body metabolises it into mda which has these strange hallucinations.
