Wow - You are the ONLY person who knows how you can add images directly to the spreadsheet and get them to upload to Canva. I have watched a lot of videos explaining how to use Canva's bulk create tool but was still frustrated that I couldn't add my images to my spreadsheet so I only have to upload one file. It's just easier for me to keep all the data and images together in their respective rows. I find it much easier to insert the images into my sreadsheet because it helps me keep track of which rows have pictures and which ones still need pictures. Your solution is SO much easier than uploading a bunch of images to Canva and then uploading the csv and then crossing my fingers and hoping I didn't miss an image. As a Google Sheets user, your Excel tip completely blew my mind. I had no idea that was possible. You are an absolute genius! Thank you for explaining how to make this work!

Is there a reason that some of the elements in Canva can't be used in the frames?
@thecreativekatstudio14 күн бұрын
If an element is an SVG graphic, then you can't place it into a frame. It needs to be a PNG or JPG format.

If the templates are all the same size, open each one and the SAME design file. Then you can use bulk create and connect your content.

Does anyone know how this is done PLEASE. I have something I am trying to both understand and create. The bottom layer is a white background. On top of it is a square Canva frame, that doesn’t cover the complete work area. On top of that is an image of a white coffee mug sitting on a kitchen counter. What I’d like to do is to be able to move that top image around and be able to see that frame cover only the cup as it’s moved around. I have seen it done and spent the last few hours with my sister trying to figure it out. We tried everything and just couldn’t make it work. How is it possible to see that frame show through to the top layer as it’s moved, but the frame doesn’t show the whole picture, just the mug? I know I am repeating myself; I’m trying to make it make sense. I searched Google, looked at numerous videos and no answer.
@thecreativekatstudioАй бұрын
So two things: 1. If you are trying to move the mug to a different spot within the frame, double click on it and you’ll see an outline of the image. Then drag it to a new position. You can also drag the corner handles to enlarge the image in that frame. 2. If you can’t move the image, or it doesn’t move that much, then the image needs to have more to it. Like the mug on a table in a room. If the image of the mug is too close up, there isn’t enough play to move it within the frame.

Thank you for this easy video. I have tried setting my design up but for some reason it is saving as a zip file. What am I doing wrong? Please help me troubleshoot.

You mean when you download it? Make sure you are only downloading single pages. Some browsers like Chrome will zip the file when there is more than one page selected

Thank you Kat! This was a great tutorial. Quick question: I noticed that Metricool has a button at the bottom click to "Autopublish." Does Instagram actually allow the scheduled content to be published from Metricool or does it simply schedule it and you then have to manually "Publish" the content on Instagram? This used to be the case awhile ago, where scheduled content to Instagram had to be manually published when the notification for the date of "going live" with the content showed up in the Instagram account. Thank you for any info on this. Your videos are EXCELLENT!! I am thrilled to have found your account. I always feel inspired when I see your videos.💜😸

@metalrainbow272820 күн бұрын
I've seen someone on Instagram doing that with their physical paintings! They started with cut, equal sized bits of canvas, held them together with tape, flipped it over, painted their picture. Then did it again, and again... By the end, they had a lot of "tiles" (over 12) that they were able to move around and get one big beautiful repeating pattern :) They basically did what this video did, but just physically not digitally 😂 It looked great!
