Thank you, doctor! Thank you for not prescribing a pill or a vaccine or whatever but actually taking a look at possible causes that we can control. I'm 74 years old and I have noticed over the years that people who get shingles usually get them when they're going through something very stressful and I've always thought probably the reason I have never had shingles even though I did have chickenpox as a child is because I live basically a stress-free life. I've been single since 1985..... that pretty much says it all hahaha! But recently a friend of a friend was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer she's in her forties and shortly into her chemo treatment she developed shingles. My sister who had to recently put her husband of 52 years into a nursing home because of dementia developed shingles. Friends of mine, a couple, recently planned a trip to Ireland something they had wanted to do their whole married life. Two or three weeks before they were scheduled to leave, the wife's father had a stroke and so she had to put her mother in a nursing home and the morning that they were flying to Ireland she developed shingles and those are just a few examples of people I personally know. Periodically my doctor tries to encourage me to get the shingles vaccine and I keep telling her I don't feel I need it I don't feel I'm a candidate being that I live a stress-free life and now that I have watched your video I'm even more convinced of that. Of course some stress is beyond our control but I think your advice is wise. It's good to think about what is causing us stress in our life or could cause us stress in our life at some point in the future and deal with it now. Thank you for your beautiful video!!

Hi Dr Wagner. Thank you for taking the time to provide this information. I know this is somewhat off topic but I recently discovered I was diagnosed with OCD with underlying BPD. I'm just unsure exactly on the word "underlying". Does this mean the BPD is the foundation to the OCD? Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.

Interesting number of facts I had shingles 7times in my life due to stress-death of family members, relatives, friends and important relationships not working out as well as drinking from my own coffee cup that someone else chose to use unbeknown to me ,and now my own health at age 76 liver disease and almost death due to varicies bursting in my esophagus as well as covid messing up an important relationship that had been blooming beautifully. I am still scratching and now bleeding with sores on my back and am headed to see a skin spealist. It' s funny I don't remember being treated with valtrex. Is this a new medication out? Let me know.Karen

LOL, until recently I hadn't realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's a relief! Although what he previously suggested was pretty good, it was a real pain to follow... I just go'ogled the latest in Mario Volpstein’s Thunderous Erections, it's so much simpler and potent now!

Yep, can you picture her rolling her eyes back and just screaming with joy in bed? You, or anyone, can make a woman turn into a wild animal in bed, by reading the stuff in Merle Winestol's guide (try go’ogling it).

Lifestyle yes 100% but also we have to eliminate the toxins using enemas or hydrotherapy. They work together. Dr Gerson cured a lot of patients during world war II using coffee enema. His daughter Charlotte Gerson wrote a book very rich in information and the Gerson therapy has changed people's lives. A must read.
