We Can't Get Any Lazier!

We can't get any lazier! I recently saw a company marketing their shoe as effortless - you don't have to bend over to put it on!
While that's great for individuals who have physical disabilities, limiting their ability to bend over, it's terrible for those of us who want to maintain physical fitness in range of motion throughout life!
In today's Doc's Thoughts, I talk about this concept, and how we as humans can start to incorporate intentional movement throughout our day to keep us healthy and strong!
