Did you place any additional resistors on the side of the capacitor? Since I see that other boards of the DCB1104 model do not have those resistors.

@@uncanalmas5824 no, i didn't, D3, R7 and the capacitor there are snubber circuit to block voltage spikes coming from transformer, 1:43

Hello. Sorry. I have the same charger. The IC 3113 is ok but does not appear 5 volts. Also oscilator circuit IC P1216 was replaced but the charger does not work. I think first I should have stand by en then the main voltaje but I do not find the problem. Thanks for your answer.

are you sure the batteries are ok?, if yes, then check the mosfet, the big capacitor, and small capacitor near the driving IC

Sir thank you for your research on hilti chargers. I have a charger and when i try to charge the battery, it start charges for 2 seconds and then turns off the fan and does not charge. It stops after 2 seconds. What could be the cause?

check stand by circuit, where is the little transformer, check the transistor if it is shorted, or first measure if there is output voltage from that circuit in the capacitor 9:29

no, the charger is designed to be universal with the rest of components, just the main capacitor is different, and sometimes they also put a varistor in parallel for overvoltage protection, that can just be removed without a replace
