We are interested in purchasing one of the larger sheds and possibly having an existing shed moved in central New Jersey. I can't find a single company local that has the equipment to move the sheds.

This will probably be an unpopular opinion given most of the comments, but I feel bad for the home owner. From what he was describing, it sounds like the shed was already on the property when he bought the house and the seller never disclosed that the shed was only rented. The previous owner probably stopped making the payments when the house sold (or earlier) and just left this guy to deal with the fallout. Not to mention, the value of the shed was probably included in the value of the property, so this guy probably paid a higher price for the property thinking it came with this nice shed. I don't know real estate law, but I hope there is a way for this guy to go after the previous owner.

Now these guys right here are good at what they do and there's nowhere that they can't go pick up a building cause they're the one's that puts em where they're setting unless someone wants to try to be slick as butter and sale the unpaid building but I guarantee ya that they will find their sheds lol..Might take em a couple days but they'll find em and always make sure you people get an invoice saying the building is paid for if you're neighbors or someone tries to sell one of em, and to dig a bit deeper, call the local building people to make sure it's paid for cause people don't care who they rob these days..God bless all and have a great day
