What? Always hot? Omg you are totally wrong.. We have temperatures near cero these days. Even in Barcelona. In other parts the temperature is below cero. What is she talking about. Try to go in the street naked and you will recieve a fine of 1000 euros. Its normal to be naked in the dressroom lol to change you're clothes. Se te ve maja pero te equivocas en muchas cosas. Does applying before the effective date of changes mean applications will be processed based on the previous law or will they be processed based on the ruling at the time that they reach next in the queue?
