10:00 This is a one-size-fits-all law a) some jobs one can work in 12hrs+ a day, others only 3-6 hrs. b) some people - in particular young, fit people - can work a lot more than older non-fit people and might also want that to get ahead in life. c) some companies need to compete internationally and move as fast as possible. For them, such laws can be a problem.
