Seems like Blender makes things more complicated than they need to be. Anyway, thank you!

This was to the point. Thanks for the tutorial. Tools like these can save days, maybe even weeks or months of work. Rigging from scratch is a time consuming stuff even if you know the basics and you don't always have a professional rigger to help you out with the technicalities one runs into with advanced rigs and characters. It's also free for now and I hope it stays that way.

Thank you! I completely agree-saving time is crucial. Learning rigging is amazing, but there's only so much one person can tackle. Advanced Skeleton has been a game changer for me, and the fact that it’s free is incredible!

Nicely explained! In recent past...I was very much a Maya/Motion builder designer. Not anymore. I've wondered about that for quite a while. Thank you for putting that in a video.

Thanks for the kind feedback! The small differences between Maya and Blender can be tricky, but they’ve helped me understand the tools better. Happy designing!

Why are you going from maya to blender if I could ask? Also, is maya or blender more comfortable for you personally?
@mycgtutor
@mycgtutor 8 күн бұрын
Great question! I love Maya and learned it in school so it’s definitely the software I’m most comfortable using, but I see a lot of cool things coming out of Blender that I want to recreate - particularly certain styles of toon shading. Also, it doesn’t hurt that Blender is free!😅

Which bambu labs printer do you have? Also ,do you use the same plastic material for your supports or do you use normal PLA (or whatever filament you normally use) for supports and the build?

Great tip. You can do this slightly faster by dragging it from gallery in Procreate and dropping it straight onto the stage or timeline (either via app switching with your finger held on the artwork, or in side by side). Dragging and dropping it from Procreate to Procreate Dreams will import it with all the frames grouped.
