Welcome to SAipan, USA. You should be able to build a decent life here. Yes, it's hot and humid, but you NEVER have to shovel SNOW! It's small, you can adjust. Once you establish a routine and get everyone acclimated to living just 15ºN of the equalor, life will be quieter, calmer and far, far away from the stresses of the political RAT-RACE. It’s a hard journey moving to somewhere else and living in a new culture, away from friends and family back home. NZ is very far away and no quick trip back home for a short catchup whenever you want. Takes some time to settle in, may your new lives be all you hope for and more.
