Got to say there is such a cool vibe going on. Had a look at the store tour and definitely the coolest guitar store I’ve ever seen . If I were in the USA and not in Scotland it would be on my must visit list . Proper cool the way things should be .. 6:32

Thanks to the US Congress for unanimously voting to give rights owned by rights holders for near zero cost to the streaming companies, who are all bleeding red and mathematically will never turn a profit. Terrible state of affairs. Talk about the price fixing Music Modernization Act !! Evil evil evil!

He’s so cool, you wouldn’t believe it. We went to see him in Chicago and by coincidence I stayed at the same hotel. We saw Lance and Jason in the lobby, and they couldn’t have been more cool. They were so awesome to us. Jason had a new guitar delivered and allowed us to be part of the process. He played it that night at the show, and it was awesome! It was unbelievable. Then when it came time for the show and Marcy and Mike and their dog came out of the elevator, I freaked out… But at the last minute I said, kill it, Mike and fist bumped him when he left. During the show that night, Jason saw me and hand delivered a pic to me which my wife promptly lost. Oh well, after we returned from the show, guess who was standing next to us at the elevator? Yes… Mike and Marcy. My wife had made a poster, saying love to Marcy… Which has been in his guitar case traveling with them for over two years. Hopefully… We get it back this year… Autographed. Steve hit me in the eye with a ball of tape in Indianapolis… yeah that was me! So he owes me!

It is all about what you can afford and enjoy it. It seems to me like the more expensive gear really sounds better but the least expensive can be great and you don’t have to be worried so much about dings and scratches. It is all good if you think so. Thank you

This just a guitar guy's opinion based on what I heard. First.....both sound really great. IMHO, the Gibson has more personality.....I know....really technical critique. However, the cost between the 2 is huge, so.....what is Baxter's address.....and when will he be away from his house on vacation?????? Asking for a friend. :)

Does sadden me one of the real historic music stores are going ..if I had the cash I would love to see if it were possible to keep things going in some way .. Do wonder and fear for the future of real music and real instruments….Loved as a kid just staring in wonderment at guitars in music store windows . Sad if that’goes for ever ..

before the 'custom shop' and re;lic'ed, multi-1000 dollar guitars were a viable business, Casino would have been the exact sort of mom & pop local, one-off store that Sam Ash put out of business....

I think NC needs to have two flagship stores. I'm in WNC and Raleigh is 4-5 hrs away! The Asheville store has always been halfway decent and given the local music culture here it would make sense as a 2nd flagship.

Sick rundown, shame you couldn't dive into the weirder guitars that I've seen him use on this tour. Saw them in Perth this year, absolutely insane show, they played Mexicola for a fan who said it was their birthday. Such a cool band with a unique vibe and seem to be generally down to earth dudes.

The problem for me is I am not looking for an expensive guitar. I prefer the Squier Classic Vibes, Epiphones, or Schecters. I am not going to spend $2000 for a Les Paul that is a recreation of the one my dad played in high school. That sort of nostalgia has no appeal to me. At that price I would expect my guitar to come with modern features like locking tuners, stainless steel frets, Fishman Fluence pickups, an Evertune bridge, etc. Brands like Schecter, LTD, and Jackson are making these exact guitars. That's the guitars I want to see at Guitar Center. Not a bunch of expensive Gibson or Fenders. Still I will go into the Hollywood store and see what I can play next time I buy some strings.

Im pretty sure the one near me is going to be a D or C level. I dont mind that they have mostly low end stuff, but they never get the cool low end stuff. (There isn't a better store within 50 miles so i stop in sometimes - most of the staff is chill and tend to have good knowledge, but nothing exciting to sell.)
