My constant power fuse slot in my 2014 Infiniti Q60 has power on both terminals, but my Acc fuse slots only have power on one side. Is that normal?

Do not use a Great light on a CAN BUS vehicle, Do not use a power probe at all, Do not use a fuse tap, vehicle cabling can melt. Only use a digital volt meter. Find a heavy ignition +15 cable only Use only solder and correct fuse rating Use this video as what not to do. Signed A certified vehicle electrician

what power cord do you use to test it outside the car? mine was working fine for 4 days. I removed the memory card when the camera was OFF, so I could veiw the footage on a PC. the memory card didn't register on my windows 11 machine. Went to drive in the car, and forgot that I didn't put the card back in. rather than have it talk to me, saying 'reseting' every two minutes, I unplugged the cables. plugging the cables back in with the card, it did not want to turn on at all, and has not turned on since :/. Trying to plug it in outside the car to see if it'sa unit problem or a car problem. my unit is the first dash cam you reset.

Hi there! The iVolt Mini Battery pack has a 12V Output Cable. This cable connects the iVolt Mini to your car via its 12V car outlet. The iVolt Xtra however can only be connected via hardwiring.

i bought an arc and have been attepting to connect for 2 hours, i keep connecring to the thinkware wifi and it keeps connecting without internet and when it dones connect nothing happens on the app

It is normal to get the 'No Internet Connection' message when you connect to the Thinkware Wi-Fi network. The app needed for the ARC model is the Thinkware Dashcam Link app. If you are using an iPhone, kindly make sure that the Local Network Access for the app is enabled. You can check this by going to your Phone Settings>Privacy and Security>Local Network. If you are using an Android phone, be sure to have all the app permissions allowed. I am really confused. This does not make sense to me as I bought a hard wiring kit and it has one of those little black box things DVR exclusive power box. I assume that will go to the output of the battery which will go into my dash cam, although the hard wiring kit is designed, to go direct to the fuse box to the dash cam. So how is this?

This procedure doesn't work anymore. Downloading the firmware from the website and copying it to the card doesn't work. When you insert the card into the dash cam and power it up, it just says continuous recording started and does not complete the firmware update process. Please review this video and the manual and give us proper instructions, or revise your app to be able to communicate with the dash cam using 1.0.0 firmware.

I may get this one. My X330 just failed. I got a good 8yrs out of it. It stopped working after this recent heatwave. It was parked for 3 days in the blistering heat.

I hate that you HAVE to be in the car or near the hotspot in the car . Like I can’t watch live view from miles away . I spent 1000$ blindly not knowing a lot until I bought it . The videos just look so worth it ….😭

@@thinkwaredashcam there’s nothing you can do:/ there’s no way I can see live view from miles away or have real 24/7 built in WiFi . But honestly with this price it should have been with it like EVERYONE who purchased thought . You gotta advertise right . That 1000$ I spent on a 150$ dash car could have went to sum more valuable in this life . This is a purchase that is my biggest regret. I blame the advertising.
