What a great festival! Thank you for filming and sharing - and so quickly, too! I clicked on the info link and thus descended down something of a rabbit hole. Interestingly, the Municipal Corporations Act (1835), that unwittingly saw off the various Waits around the country, received the royal assent from King William IV on September 9th, so it's around the 289th anniversary of that. We have some ancestors called 'Waite' so that's another rabbit hole calling. Glad I subbed a while back! Best wishes, Laura

If you work on the battery side of things it’s a good idea to disconnect at battery terminals first for safety

The way the caravan has been wired that 2nd battery is the battery in the car when it's connected.

Ah, Castle Bolton! Much warmer than when we were in the Dales a few weeks ago. They must have been roasting in those costumes. I’d forgotten about the wild boar. Did I spy Grinton Youth Hostel at the end? Laura (regular Swaledale visitor).

shower cooking and heating - you had me there - may be a bit draughty in the awning but pop a heater in there and relax........potentially all year round get away whats not to like?

There is heating in the Pod itself. I've also got better at putting the awning up and adding the groundsheet makes an enormous difference. Indeed I do like it very much :)

Dear, I have the same two things but when I try to connect the loop to bose s1 pro there was a looooot of audio feedback. Are you connecting the loop directly to the speaker or are you using a mixer? thanks :)

I'm conecting the loop directly to the speaker. However, I do ensure that the speaker is pointed away from the mic and adjust the speaker volume carefully

The Go-Pod is the smallest caravan that has the cooking facillities inside. Slightly bigger is the TAB 320 (which I've had a look around and liked) The Barefoot (which is a much more expensive but beautiful caravan) the Freedom caravans which I've not seen in person but look good on paper. I suspect the Go-Pod is the easiest tow but I think all of them are for novices. I heartily recommend

You would need a big inverter and the current drawn would flatten the battery very quickly

The solar panel is part of the Go-Pod. Go-Pods come with a 70watt panel as standard. I got the 100watt upgrade

That particular tap would annoy me. It is clearly designed to be sitiuated on the right of the sink. Apart from that I think these are great little campers. Thumbs up for the other "mods".

You mean putting a guitar pedal through the looping station? There a 1/4" jack input (mono or stereo) so that should work

I'm coming from camping, so am used to not having a loo, and do usually camp near facilities. However, the Pod does come with a Portapotty - which I don't use and I've added a Bivvyloo.

Okay, I know that probably wasn't meant to be funny......but it sure gave me the giggles! Benny Hill's music playing through my head, and even the speeded up cat was amusing, and a heartfelt cheer when task completed. I've just discovered your videos and I'm absolutely fascinated by your super little Pod. So, so, so verrry envious.....I want one. Smashing manageable size, and I think even I could tow one of those, and I haven't towed anything for decades. I feel really inspired. Thank you.
