great instruction. I've been using rice vinegar, but will try white next time. I'm curious if the coagulation will be different. Either way, I'll have fun and eat it. Also, I add 5 spice to the soy milk to make a delicious warm spice drink. Thanks for the video as I'm always interested in the varied methods to make tofu.

I like the fact that we do not have to squeeze the bag to extract soymilk. No mess. But, after the milk boil, we have to simmer for 15minutes because soy milk has saponin(?), the harmful ingredient that cause joint pain. Simmer for 15mn will evaporate, i hope, most of unwanted ingredient. As for plastic mold, will the plastic leach to the tofu? I prefer wooden or stainless steel mold. Thank you.
Hi, you keep blending the okara with water . What is the final total volume of soy milk you cook ? So the heat is still on at the time you add in the vinegar mixture?
