I have to load mine EVERY time I launch it now. It is laughable that people actually wonder why Blender isn't used by studios. Its because you have to spend more time trying to find out why things are not working than you do in getting jobs done. Oh I can't scroll to turn on addons not on the screen now either. I'm at work, have work to do, its crunch time, and Blender decides it wants to be a pain in the ass! GREAT!

The tech behind this puts me at a loss for words Like what do you mean they even ported the collision logic into Blender?? Does that mean you can cause accidental invisible walls???

Or you can make it even easier (but more niche) and animate the sphere as is to come up and down from a minus velocity vector side and use the same kill particles property but move the sphere up and down, effectively decreasing the emission surface. Your solution is suitable for more general use, its simple and amazing, thank you!

If i've understood this correctly, the mesh light shown at 1:09 is more of just a regular colour since it is not lighting up any of the surrounding mesh objects, i.e. the plane?

Thanks for the answer! Blender continues to mature and get better thankfully, but it still blows my mind how the most intuitive function in every other 3D program on the planet (where you simply select multiple objects, then apply a material) is always some ass-backward hack to do the same thing in Blender.

Thanks so much! I have a website and I use OBJs to upload hats and stuff and before I used an OBJ to Blend file and it would corrupt my OBJ file and the render would not work with the texture and what you did fixed my problem!

Hi, I hope you read comments, I have a quick question. In the compositor, you connect the Render Result "Image" dot to the Denoiser "Image" dot. Shouldn't you be connecting from the "Noisy Image" dot instead?
