Mix together 4 tbsp butter (melted and cooled) 4 large eggs 2 tbsp sour cream 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 garlic powder 1/3 heaping cup coconut flour 1/4 tsp baking soda 1 pound browned sausage (mix onions & green peppers while browning) Sage optional 2 cups sharp Chedder cheese Black pepper to taste Drop on cookie sheet greased or lined with parchment paper. 375 14-18 minutes Makes about about 20

Mix in a bowl: 1 & 2/3 cups cake flour (or AP) 3/4 cup sugar 1 & 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg (optional) Mix in separate bowl: 1 egg, beaten 1/2 cup ? buttermilk 1 tbp lemon juice 1 tbp grated lemon peel/zest 1/4 cup oil (any oil) 2 tsp poppy seeds 1 capful lemon extract (optional) Add dry ingredients to bowl of wet ingredients and mix until no more dry ingredients. Don’t over mix. Put in greased loaf pan and bake 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes (start checking at 35 minutes) or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before adding glaze below. Glaze: 1 cup of fine powdered sugar with enough lemon juice (approximately 2 tbp) and 1 tsp zest and stir till desired consistency. Drizzle over bread.

No. The bell peppers were multi-colored with green jalapenos and one serrano. I used apple cider vinegar. It should have been light colored with all those beautiful colors looking Christmas like. I have made this several times. Nothing different.

Thanks for using coconut oil instead of the toxic seed oils such as vegetable oil and canola oil. I wish people would stop using those oils it is so detrimental to dogs, health, and human health.

I know there's no nuts in typical apple fritters, but what is the harm in adding either toasted walnut pieces, or even toasted peacn pieces for a texture change. I do that in my cinnamon rolls too.
