Crustless Buttermilk Pie

Easy delicious Buttermilk pie with no crust!! Very few ingredients and so yummy.
I used Buttermilk that I made using a Buttermilk starter but you could use store bought
buttermilk. The recipe is below. Thanks for watching and subscribing!
Crustless Buttermilk Pie:
1 1/4 cup granulated sugar( I used organic Cane sugar)
1/2 cup All purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup Buttermilk
1/3 cup salted butter, melted
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Beat all ingredients in medium size bowl with electric mixer till batter is formed
Poor the batter into a 9-inch pie dish and bake on middle rack in a preheated
350 degree oven for 45-55 minutes. Mine took 45 minutes in my oven.

This is a favorite pie of our family. The idea of crustless is smart. I make mine with crust, but sure do not have to. Thanks for the recipe.
