you don't need an volume up button, in realme recovery mode touch will do the job

@@Nikz_vlogs to be very honest sir, your issue indicates deep hardware issue it's not something that you can fix it by yourself, if you want your data then you should contact to any professional (but still sometime just wiping your data can fix this type of issue but i get it you don't want to lose your data)

If you did then you will not comment that, you can easily go to the advance troubleshooting mode by pressing the shift key while while restarting your pc then simple, you can easily reset your pc without Admin password 🔑
