Mine was also stuck but it didn't get back to normal. Another fix for this issue instead of directly replacing the volume switch is just press your volume down button while powering on. It negates the stuck volume up button signal and prevents the phone from going into recovery mode.

I have the same problem, my volume up button is very sensitive, even when slightly touch it it goes up, but when i rebooted it went into recovery and it works there but it wont reboot, it goes back to recovery again, i didn't look at it some time and now its in safe mode, volume up button still sensitive

If Upper volume button is not working (1) Then Go To Safe mode Option by pressing Volume Down Button (2) And Then press power button (3) You will Get to first Option Again that is (Reboot) (4) Now ,Press power button and when Black Screen Appears , [ press volume down button FOR 15 SECONDS ] (5) Problem will be Solved 101%

Just click on Safe mode then press power button and when black screen appears press volume down button for 15 seconds then a screen will appear which says select how to boot, since volume up button is stuck it will scroll infinitely you just need to hold power down button and after some time it will boot up.
