Sir How do you manage RTO with such a vehicle. In fact I purchased Hilux and today approached RTO Shimla that I need permission to carry out modification. They refused flatly. No white plate number is authorised to make any changes in the vehicle. The Rto said in case someone has managed a permission and got endorsement on RC, show us the proof.... Sir, can you please help? Regards Dr Ashwani Rana
