Good Morning, I want to say thank you for all your wonderful videos however, a lot of the content you provide, is a little miss leading, if you look at the book's publish date, they have been published for a while now, and it takes generally 4 weeks for your keywords to start to even generate through KDP algorithm, You may want to put this as a disclaimer, to your viewers. Again continue with all the great content. As I'll continue to support your video's

KDP books typically take some time to rank because Amazon needs time to index the book’s keywords. However, I’ve also had success selling books organically right away. It really depends on several factors, especially the niche you’re competing in and how well-optimized your book is.

Another great video. Thank you. Question: Could you elaborate on when you say: Zero exact matches. I don't understand that. If there are zero matches, where did you originally get the search term from and why use that one? And can you give a little more detail into how we incorporate this info into making choices of which books / titles we should choose? Thanks so much! I'm always a bit confused when you mention this in you review of book categories.

It means the number of books on the first page of search results that have that exact keyword in their title or as part of their title. Essentially, it shows how many books are directly using that specific keyword in their title, indicating how competitive or saturated that keyword is.

Hi Jeff! Thanks for your videos! Tell me please. If the Niche Score is 0, does it mean that the book is not interesting and there is no demand for it? Or, on the contrary, will it be a unique product, the demand for which will appear automatically?

Sometimes the extension doesn’t work correctly. So give it some time and try again. But typically when this happens, I will further investigate to see if my first two steps can be satisfied.

Yes, if that day happens, I would unpublish all books that are using that term in its title and subtitle. However “Reverse Coloring Book” has already been tried for trademark and was rejected so it may be difficult to trademark going forward.

Even if the book titles are trademarked (which, as Jeff pointed out, they're not) you can still make the books! Trademarks don’t protect functional aspects of a product (e.g., how it works). They also don’t protect ideas, concepts, or methods (these fall under patents or copyrights). If you're concerned, just call the book something else. But, more importantly, do your research.

The term “Reverse Coloring Book” has indeed been associated with a trademark application. Specifically, Kendra Norton filed for “THE REVERSE COLORING BOOK” in 2021. However, this application was refused and is no longer active, meaning it is not a registered or enforceable trademark. As for “Ink Tracing,” it is currently under consideration for trademark registration but has not been finalized. This means that the term is not officially trademarked and does not restrict all uses of the phrase, particularly in unrelated or general contexts. Accusations like this not only undermine my hard work but also spread misinformation. If you have further questions, I encourage you to do your research or consult official trademark records, such as the USPTO database.
