Hey, I don’t know much about power tools, but what kind of drill bit would I need to get through that material of clamp?
@StoneFistedProps5 ай бұрын
Hello, I used a Bit in my Case that was made for Metal. They are sold anywhere. It wasn't that tuff to go through. Just wear eye protection. As you are drilling Metal. And could get shavings in the eye. Fairly straight forward.

I Have always used 3mm for my Personal Builds But some I have worked on and seen Benifit from 6mm, However it is A Bit Harder to work with. But it is Far more Durable then 3mm. I Have Recently switch to 3D Ptinted Atmor, and Hope to be able to Record some New Content this year as I'm in a New space that's a Bit more limited to Build in. How big are is that sheet of sintra you are using? I'm looking for them but I can't find em.
@StoneFistedProps2 жыл бұрын
Thank for viewing. I purchase my sheets a A Local Plastics manufacture Near me in NJ, at four Feet by 8 Foot sheets of 3mm. For Ruffly $30 US. You can Purchase sintra Via Amazon (I should have a Link in the description) as well I know many who do I believe they sell them in 24x24" sheets and the Prices Varry. I Have also heard that Home Depot here in the US also carries Sintra, I beleive they Have it as PVC sheets listed but you would have to check. Also you can check any local sign shops, They use it for signage, and may have sheets of scrap large enough for you that they would most likely throw away. They could either sell it to you cheap, or may just give you some if you explai. What you are using it for. It goes without saying Research into what your final design will be, next important step is getting the correct size templates for your body shape and size is crucial. Paper is cheaper then plastic so skipping this step will cost you later if you don't properly size your Armor templates. Also joining the Mandalorianmercs.org forums can be an invaluable tool in seeing the thousands of available options taht may spark your creativity. And of course watching all my Videos lol and subscribing and hitting that notify bell would be another great start. :-)
