Dr. Habtu Shumoy has a Ph.D in Food Technology and Nutrition from Ghent University, Belgium. Currently, he is working as researcher in an international food company and lives in Belgium. Habtu is very passionate about the relationship between food and health.
This channel presents scientific research-based findings on the relationships of food, eating habits and health.
This channel is recommended for people who want to be conscious about their daily diet and have a healthy lifestyle.

Red teff flour is not durable as white teff flour

berta: Make sure you need to creative more when you prepare your presentation: U need to use some software that helps to recall easily. berta: Try to bring some data on how many Ethiopian children manutrtioned as well and come up with some posible solutions as well. if u r a nutritionist, you need to encourage peoples to be involved in livestock business or else that can alleviate their need of nutrition. Make a liitle bit speedy as well. Encourage the youth to do excerice as well. I got why black are more infected, It is only b/c of their medical histroy. It nice presentation, berta.

Figures/graphs represent hundreds of words and are easy to understand. This will help your non-expert audience to get the take home message. For future, try to include animation (where applicable), which is even more strong than these figures. Keep the good work!
