If you go emperor you’ll want 4x ulamog for sure

Majority of the decks are heavily Influenced by modern horizons. Sure there is a red aggro deck but there is sacrifice, reanimator, various combo decks leveraging the graveyard all mixed throughout

Similar to my note on mono green. Sub 55% can get run over by aggressive decks

It was sub 55% - struggled against the hyper aggressive decks and angels also can snowball hard vs it

I think it’s kind of ebs and flows. Control especially in Bo1 likely needs time to readjust. Seeing a bunch of Greasefang or graveyard decks will maybe want UW to have incidental GY hate main in Bo1. Additionally you’ll see trends like rakdos getting popular to aggro out control and enigmatic. So then angels picks up to outlifegain aggro. If I am a control player seeing angels I’d be happy as that matchup is good. It’s easier for control to maintain more stable win rates in Bo3 as you will always have your sideboard to adjust

Ya both can be disrupted if you kill a combo piece. Tenacity can come back but opponent would likely target the bloodthirsty. Slasher does need to connect for combat damage where this combo just needs a life gain or opponent to lose a life. Combat damage to player not necessary

@@MTGJoe Yea the fact that you do not need to connect damage might be more important than the downside of being 5 cmc actually. But still, with the current combo you can play a deck full of bombs, whereas with this combo you need to play minions that are pretty bad on their own apart from the Mythic.

You can filter by season and see your aggregate wins. It does split but constructed and limited but doesn’t aggregate per format for your games. You would have to aggregate each of the decks on your profile yourself

Just getting back in the routine schedule. Will be alternating Bo1/Bo3 weekly going forward as week to week I haven't noticed many changes. Coming week will be Bo1

So the company list has been doing reasonable on MTGO pioneer side with it not being an Explorer only deck. Shouldn’t be influenced by masters dropping in terms of phasing stuff out. Deck seems good vs lotus field combo and Niv to light which will be coming with all the tax effects

I’ll have to take a look and see how demon stats are after work, will circle back. Usually Bo1 is punishing for midrange but haven’t kept as close to the format here

Sideboard cards are for traditional standard matches aka standard Best of 3. After the first game both players have the ability to swap cards in their deck with their sideboard. This is the way things are played in paper and allow you to hedge matchups by modifying your deck. If you are just play best of one, I put out a similar video series focusing on the best decks for that format

Most of the discard lists, while having a higher play rate, are in the low to mid-50% win rate. The highest is just under 56% with the list below. I think comparatively the demon version is just strong as you don't run the risk of draw discard while your opponent is hellbent. For example, I have been playing the mono red world's list and frequently empty my hand by turn 3. The demon deck leverage the room for card draw and can quickly close out the game with archfiend or the demon token + has slasher combo potentially as well. purge is great vs auras, just seemed equally as painful in the sam deck to be running it
