I was considering a Tune M1 Camper Shell on my 2023 Ram 1500 Hemi V8 Longhorn off road 4x4 but am single thus taking camper shell off for any truck repairs, oil change and tire rotations makes me second guess everything along with decrease in MPG. Am thinking a good pop-up tent is my best option and by far the cheapest option.

I do not know why toyota stop production of toyota hiace 1989-2004(dolphins),apart from their landcruiser series these were the second most sought out vehicles especially in asia and africa,the later design of 2004 upto now is no longer durable and its expensive to maintain to low income countries

Make sure you use Silica additive antifreeze. ..the 7.3 isi can and does cavitate.

This is so cool. Always dreamed of a shrunken cabover medium duty Isuzu N Series truck rig made into a camper like this. 5.2L of stout turbodiesel medium commercial duty truck engine backed by an Aisin transmission powertrain goodness, it can easily tow what ya need to tow (up to 12K pounds or so) also. Am I the only one who thinks this way? 😂

So an extend cab Hilux with it seems a bigger engine. In Oz the best ours got was 3 litre which are a thirsty thing.

Yeah, I had one of these in the fleet in Uganda (Japanese rura fire 4x4 ambo, proper 4x4, LWB) in mid to late 2000s. Chipper Adams did the 4WD and suspension upgrades, and mine matting. Rock solid vehicle, Stupidly dependable, reliable, never gave us a single issue while we had it. Along with te 70 series troopy Landcruiser, one of the two vehicles from a decade in Africa that I would say top my personal list for best all around off road vehicles (civilian)/

That’s so unique & it’s a perfect size for a single person or a couple.,I like the inside & looks so cozy . All the conveniences of home away from home I like that’s a manual shift & Diesel powered .

That’s a cool looking vehicle. The best part is it’s a 4 wheel drive & Diesel powered which is a bonus. & Toyota quality can’t beat it .
